Who We Are

Carrying Forward A Legacy of Hard Work

Elite Construction Solutions began in 2018 with a few skid loaders, a willingness to take on tough jobs, and a determination to do things the right way—a work ethic inspired by the owner, Josh’s grandfather, Charlie Morgan. What started as a small side hustle—installing silt fence, sweeping streets, and tackling erosion control—quickly grew as word spread about the team’s dedication. In just a few short years, Elite expanded into excavation and underground utilities. Today, that same grit and determination drives a company of 15 people delivering millions of dollars in projects each year.

A Legacy of Hardwork

At the heart of Elite’s story is its owner’s grandfather, Charlie Morgan. Known as a magician on a backhoe and respected by everyone who knew him, Charlie lived a life rooted in hard work, humility, and caring for people. He maintained the local cemetery for decades, reviving it through his own sweat and determination, and he passed on those values to his grandson. Josh grew up by his side—digging graves, riding equipment, and learning that work could be both meaningful and fun.

Charlie’s influence is still felt in every project Elite takes on. The company’s commitment to treating people right, working hard, and leading by example is a direct reflection of the lessons he instilled.

Humble Beginnings

Elite Construction Solutions began as a small side hustle in 2018 with one simple goal: to do the hard, unglamorous work others didn’t want to do—erosion control, silt fence, sweeping streets, and picking up trash. What started with just a few hours a week and a couple of skid loaders quickly grew into something bigger. By May 2020, Elite was digging basements, running underground utilities, and laying the foundation—literally and figuratively—for the company’s future.

Charlie’s influence is still felt in every project Elite takes on. The company’s commitment to treating people right, working hard, and leading by example is a direct reflection of the lessons he instilled.

A Growing Company

Today, Elite has a team of 15 skilled professionals and is on track to generate $4.5 million in revenue. The company’s success is built on grit, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility to both employees and clients. Even in tough times, leadership made it a priority to keep the team working, protecting the livelihoods of the employees who helped carry Elite through its early years. Many of those same people are still here, and new team members—some known since “knee-high to a grasshopper”—have joined along the way. But as the unofficial slogan: “What got you here, won’t get you there,” references, Elite knows growth and change are necessary for the next step, and has designed itself to be an adaptable, ever-changing company.
